As a New York State licensed home inspector, I am excited to serve as your
professional consultant when it comes to helping you with one of the biggest and most exciting investments you will make.

My goal is to provide you with a professional and detailed, but also clear and concise report thoroughly covering all areas of your new home.

I can personally review your report with you, and help you understand any items that may be unfamiliar or perceived as major problems. Sometimes small defects that I report on may seem scary, but are in fact easy to remedy. My goal is for you to become completely comfortable with your purchase, both inside and out.

I am also a local high school band teacher, and teaching is what I love to do.
