As a New York State licensed home inspector, I am excited to serve as your

I can personally review your report with you, and help you understand any items that may be unfamiliar or perceived as major problems. Sometimes small defects that I report on may seem scary, but are in fact easy and inexpensive to remedy. My goal is for you to become completely comfortable with your purchase, both inside and out.

I am also a local high school band teacher, and teaching is what I love to do.
